Shneaking a post
I'm typing my resume, but I managed to get onto the Internet for a little bit. I probably don't have much time, so I'm just going to give a few quick updates. I found out that I can read an average of 100 pages a day if the book is a good fantasy. I read the 500- page book Eragon in five days. I so need to get that job at the library. That's what I'm typing my resume for. I would like to retract my previous statements about A Seperate Peace. It was much better than I thought it would be, even though my favorite character went crazy and one of the central themes is that life sucks and there's nothing you can do about it except mope. Well, my mom says that she'll give me my CD player back (they think, for some reason, that the CD player is a distraction from my schoolwork) as soon as she finds it. My mom lost it - I repeat - lost my CD player while trying to make me do my schoolwork. ERGH! Parents can suck sometimes, huh? Oh, well. I am having such a hard time finding references. I came to an important realization today: Time is running out. Adulthood is coming up in only three years, and we'll be twenty in five years. We don't have any time to goof off anymore. The weirdest thing was that this relization didn't come to me at a special time, like a ceremony or something. It came to me today while we were riding in the car, going to pick up Caroline from work. And while I was doing my resume, I realized just how fast the years go by. It seems like I could have been doing some of the stuff I did three or four years ago just last week. I guess that a phrase from Animal Farm would surmise the feeling: the years start playing tricks on you. And I'm completely sure now that I want to train dogs for a living. I was looking at dog books and found out that many people share my ideas about dogs: how they're unbelievably loyal and...well, it's sort of hard to put it in words. It's sort of like, when I look at a dog, I don't see an animal that is just warm and cuddly and not good for much else besides guarding the house; I see the actual dog. Wow, I made a much longer post than intended, huh? I guess I finally picked up the Eryn-post disease! Ahhh! I just hope this post isn't deleted. I'm going to copy it just in case. Well, I guess I'll put up the *drumroll* Question of the Day! *applause* Wow. That was weird. Well, here it is.

Question of the Day
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
How many of the Summer Reading books have you read?
A. All of them
B. None of them
C. A Seperate Peace
D. The Great Gatsby
E.The Scarlet Letter
F. Just two of those listed above
In case you were wondering, my answer is kinda F. I'm on The Scarlet Letter, and I read The Great Gatsby in, like, seventh grade, so I didn't completley understand it. That's why I'm rereading it.
Love ya'll,
Christine
P.S.: I'm sorry about stealing your words, Eryn. They were the only ones that would fit! Please except my humble offering of the brains of a goat (*enter piece of crumpled newspaper labeled "brains of a goat*) lol. Remember that? Good times, good times. You know what? first semester was hell. That's the only way to describe it, huh? Second semester rocked!

*cryingtearssobbingtearscrying* So deep and so true.....I miss you Christine....too bad we don't get to see everyone every day now.....just think of all the stuff we're missing.....you haven't even seen the bookcover yet...neither has Candace....we should be able to share these things.....anywho, yes, childhood is fading fast, but what can you do about it except maybe build a time machine and go back in time so you can relive all the good times, but I'm way too lazy to build a time machine so I have no choice but to deal with the fact that time is slowly running out. Well, the answer to the question of the day is none. I've never read any of the summer reading books before, and I haven't even started. I don't have a summer job as of yet, ( Candace can rub hers in nyehhhhh) but I am going to volunteer at the animal shelter..Woot. So, um this is probably really long but hopefully I get to see you soon!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a happy summer
Miss you
Christian

Hey Christine it's okay about stealing snazzy jazzy. It's kind of cool that it's so catchy. LOL
Hey and if you think I am not gonna be crazy/cool/spaztastic when I get older then you thought wrong! LOL I know it may seem like all the good times are fading away and we are going to be drifting apart, but that's so not true. When we get older, the good times will just keep going! We are going to be best friends for a long time and I think me, you, Christian, Candace, and yeah ok Wendell should do something, like that time we stood outside of Christian's house with the blonde wig and all...LOL
LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL! SUMMER AIN'T A TIME TO BE SAD! WE ARE GOING TO PARTY LIKE IT'S 2005! LOL WAIT A MINUTE...IT IS 2005! LOL WAHOOOOOOOO! ALRIGHTY!
BRING OUT THE BLONDE WIG AND THE MELVIN GLASSES! LOL
